Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter – Regulation (EU) 2016/679), we provide information related to the processing of your personal data for the purposes specified in this notice.

3. Categories of Personal Data Processed:
3.1. first name, last name;
3.2. place of residence (county, city);
3.3. employer's name;
3.4. phone number.

4. Purpose of Data Processing
To access the Mobilization School and create a visitor profile to remotely enhance knowledge about mobilization, host nation support, and civil resistance, to study the Mobilization School's educational material (hereinafter – Courses), and to obtain certificates confirming completion.

5. Legal Grounds for Data Processing:
5.1. Article 6(1)(c) and (e) of the General Data Protection Regulation;
5.2. Order No. V-1 of 8 January 2024 by the Director of MPPD under MoND “On the Approval of the Procedure for Completing the Civil Resistance Course”;
5.3. Clause 5 of the Remote Learning Platform Usage Procedure, approved by Order No. V-4 of 12 January 2024 by the Director of MPPD under MoND “On the Approval of the Remote Learning Platform Procedure”.

6. Source of Data
Data is obtained from visitors of the Mobilization School.

7. Recipients of personal data:
7.1. Mobilization School visitor when issued a Course completion certificate;
7.2. UAB “Mokomieji filmai” – data processor of the Mobilization School;
7.3. Authorities and law enforcement institutions of the Republic of Lithuania (in cases where the obligation to provide data is established by legal acts).

8. Data subject rights
The data subject has the following rights:
8.1. to be informed about the processing of their personal data;
8.2. to access their personal data being processed;
8.3. to request the correction of personal data;
8.4. to request the deletion of personal data;
8.5. to restrict the processing of personal data;
8.6. to object to the processing of personal data;
8.7. to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

The General Data Protection Regulation sets out cases where these rights of the data subject are not applicable or where the processing must meet certain conditions to exercise a specific right.
The data subject's rights are exercised in accordance with the GDPR and the personal data processing rules of the MPPD under the MoND, approved by Order No. V-160 of 23 December 2021.
To exercise the rights indicated in point 8 of this notice, the data subject must submit a written request directly, by post or by electronic means, using the contact details specified in point 1 of this notice.

9. Retention period of personal data
The personal data you provide on the Mobilization website will be stored for 2 years after your last login to the Mobilization School. After this period, the visitor's account and personal data therein will be deleted.
The specified retention periods may be extended if personal data is used as evidence or a source of information in a pre-trial or other investigation, civil, administrative or criminal case, or in other cases provided for by law. In such cases, personal data shall be stored as long as necessary for these purposes and destroyed immediately when no longer needed.

10. Filing complaints
You have the right to file a complaint regarding the actions (inaction) of the data controller – MPPD under the MoND – with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (L. Sapiegos g. 17, Vilnius, email: ada@ada.lt, website: https://vdai.lrv.lt/) and/or with the court in accordance with the procedures and deadlines established by legal acts.

11. Additional information
Persons who are not included in the civil mobilization personnel reserve list and whose login is not related to the issuance or renewal of category A and B firearms licenses may omit personal data (except the phone number) when registering with the Mobilization School (instead, entering a dash “ – ”). However, if they want to receive a course completion certificate with their name and surname, these data must be provided.
